Emplex Continuous Band Sealers
Continuous band sealers operate by having the pouch sealed and conveyed through continuously heated sections. With a continuous band sealers, the bag sealing process can run faster than a bar sealer, as the operator does not have to wait to load the next cycle of bags.
Continuous band sealers come in horizontal and vertical styles, and different configurations are recommended based upon each individual application. We also have tabletop band sealers and medical band sealers to cater to a broad range of industries and packaging applications. Continuous band sealers are also modular and can be equipped with trimmers, vacuum gas flush system, printers and print validation and much more.
